There are so many things in this human existence that are serious and require varying degrees of seriousness, but what if I told you that your spiritual/mystical journey doesn't have to be one of them?
Don't get me wrong, there is absolutely a place for reverence and anyone who has gone through a dark night of the soul knows that is no joke. But it's also an amazing opportunity to witness the Universe/God/Source at work. It's a chance to connect with those who have passed on from this physical plane. It's a front row seat to the awe-inspiring workings of it all.
When I take part in witch markets and I'm doing one-on-one readings for people, what draws people to me the most is the fact that they see the lightness in my interactions and that we laugh. And let me tell you, my laugh is not something that is easily missed. I laugh big and loud. Many people who come to sessions with me are nervous or super emotional and my humour and conversational approach to our time together always puts them at ease. That's one of my superpowers. 😉
Another reason to keep your sense of humour front and center in this journey is that it raises your energy and vibrational frequency. For me, as a psychic sitting across from someone who has an open mind and heart and can laugh and be in the moment with me, always ensures that we will have a kickass session. If your energy is high, so is mine and together we are just open and excited and available to whatever and whomever comes through (for the highest and best of all).
As for the Spirit side of all of this, my guides have a fantastic sense of humour. I suppose that's why we chose each other. Not only that, but so many times when I've had the opportunity to bring messages forward from passed-on loved ones for clients, their sense of humour is also evident and very present and in tact, even on "the other side".
Remember that as you move through your own spiritual/mystical path. Humour IS Divine. Laughing is powerful and magickal. Being open and in awe of the workings and revelations of Spirit is elevating and empowering.
So lighten up. Laugh. Enjoy this amazing journey.
